Attitude Foundation Africa is reaching out with an urgent plea to help save the life of Baby Arthur Mukisa, a four-month-old boy from Nkusi Village, Bugiri Municipality (Eastern Uganda).

Arthur was born with a severe heart condition, and doctors at the Uganda Heart Institute have recommended immediate open-heart surgery. Without this operation, his young life is at serious risk.

The total cost of his treatment, including surgery, medical procedures, intensive care, and related expenses, is UGX 36,674,150 (around USD $10,000). This includes an additional buffer to cover unexpected expenses, which are often unavoidable in critical medical cases.
