A Heart For Chris

Easter Sunday morning of 2018, my son, Christopher came down with a rare virus called Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) and was on life support for weeks. Doctors thought that his heart would recover fully in time but it didn't. Chris went home thinking he was okay but was readmitted to the I.C.U. last week on life support and is currently on life support.  Doctor's say that he needs a heart transplant and plan to place an ALVAD, aheart assistance pump in his heart as soon as he's stable enough. This machine is a "bridge" to the transplant, as a heart is not available right now and it is major heart surgery.
In order for him to receive the transplant we must raise $5,000 and the hospital  will match this amount. These funds will take care of his medicines but will not cover additional expenses for the future in the transplant rehabilitation center after a heart is found and transplant surgery is performed.
Christopher is my eldest son, the father of 3 little girls, and an anointed drummer.  Please help us as time is of the essence in his circumstances. His life depends upon it.  Thank you! Sincerely, Karen Boston Jackson. ❤
