Hello !

Most of you know me as Vianca , those of you who don’t , probably know me as Jens little sister. My big brother is not just my hero but he’s the glue that holds our family together . He is a devoted husband and loving father to my six wonderful nieces and nephews . You may know him as Captain Jack Sparrow the fun loving guy who will always put a smile on your face and make sure that your belly is full of his incredible cooking or you may have come across him after the hurricanes spreading love and bringing very needed supplies to those who were suffering at no cost .

What you may not know is thru all this Jens has been suffering with his own serious issue . Jens needs a very expensive heart transplant immediately to survive . Time and time again I have seen my brother give pieces of himself and share his big heart with not only those close to him but our community as well . It’s our turn to give back some of the heart he’s shared with us and help Jens get a new heart!
