A heart and hope for Matt

Matt was diagnosed in July 2018 with Dilated Cardiomyopathy which led to  heart failure.  He spent the summer in the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and is in need of a heart transplant.  Matt will need several heart transplants over his lifetime, yet his hope and optimism remain strong.  Matt used to play football and will be a Conestoga High School senior this upcoming year.   Your donation will help Matt and his family with medical bills, and other expenses.  Since his illness, Matt's mom, Colleen Dwyer, was forced to stop working to support Matt at this difficult time in his life.   Please be generous.  Matt is loved by his family and friends.  He has a great sense of humor and always makes people laugh.  Matt is a light and joy in everyone's life.  Your donation is greatly appreciated, and thank you!
