A Hand-Up for local Hunters Recovery and his Family.

It sickens me to do this, but I and my family are in need. So swallowing my pride I'm here seeking financial support.

I’ve been hunting all my life, never had any major issues or accidents. But unfortunately I have suffered one of a hunter’s worst nightmares. Falling from a stand.

This past Saturday prior to this post. I took a 20’ fall from my stand while deer hunting.

After regaining consciousness & realizing what had happened. I was unable to use my right leg and could barely use my left arm.

I was able to shuffle, pull myself up and crawl back to my truck.

Long story short, after a visit to the hospital. I have come out with a mild concussion, neck, upper and lower spinal injuries, torn ligaments in my left shoulder and right knee. I can no longer use my left arm to lift or even use my turn signal. Though I am walking again, any attempt to use it is excruciating. I can’t even climb in the shower. Climbing in the truck requires my wife’s support. I can’t function like this.

I will be out of work for a minimum of 1 month to a proposed 4 months depending on my recovery.

I do not have the means to support my family at this time. Being out of work will quickly draining our savings and…I don’t know what’s going to happen. I pray I don’t loose my job.

But I don’t ask for hand outs, I’m just needing a Hand up for me and my family. Between the physical therapy, Chiropractor, and doctor visits. It’s adding up really fast.
