A handicap accesible car for Nicole

Hi my name is Nicole and I am an adult with a disability called Spina Bifida. Due to my disability I have to wear leg braces and don't have use of my feet so hand controls were installed on the steering wheel so that I can drive myself around and maintain my independence. 

On Friday I was admitted to the hospital for an infection in my left leg and foot. My son left to get some rest, went home and late Friday night, early Saturday morning my car was stolen.

My car is a HUGE part of my independence. I work 2 jobs and have SEVERAL specialists that follow me, so I have several doctor's appointments to go to.

Since this incident, I have been put on bed rest and I'm unable to work. I live on my own and I have several bills that will be due soon.

PLEASE help me get another car and hand controls on my car, so that I can go back to work once my doctor releases me.
