My circle is small. There are people in our lives that you will run into the fire to help. People that you know would do the same for you. For me Steve Sturgis is one of these people. He is literally my oldest friend, a true friend whose friendship has never faded in 52 years. He needs a hand up, not a hand out. In hard times we need the things to get us by, but we also need to see there are those willing to rally around us in our time of need. Steve is having to deal with issues on every front: health, including the recent colon cancer diagnosis, surgery on January 16th, job, financial and his living arrangement.
