It is with a broken heart that I share the passing of my mother after her battle with end-stage renal failure. She was my mother, my heart, my home, and the matriarch of our family. Her love, strength, and guidance shaped the person I am today, and the emptiness left by her loss is impossible to put into words.

In her final days, I made the difficult decision to focus on her comfort and ensure she was surrounded by love and dignity. I spent every moment I could by her side, telling her how much she was loved and reassuring her that I would be okay. I was there with her until the very end. She was there to witness my first breath, and I was honored to be there to witness her last.

As I try to navigate life without her, I am also facing the unexpected financial burden of her funeral, memorial, and final expenses. Asking for help is not easy, but I cannot do this alone. I am humbly reaching out for support so that I can give my mother the farewell she deserves and honor the incredible life she lived.
