I know most of you are enjoying a happy holiday, but my family and I are going through a tough time. A woman at the age of 54 named Toscal LaGloria Phillips, has passed unexpectedly this Christmas Eve. That woman was our mother, and we will never be the same. We do not yet know the underlying cause for she went into cardiac arrest multiple times at Oak Valley Hospital this morning. 

She was a kindhearted friend, a loving mother, and she had an amazing heart and spirit. She would help anybody she could even when she couldn't do for herself. If you could be so kind to give what you can to help us lay her to rest, we would forever be grateful. We are truly pained and at a lost for words. Please help us.
