A Good Turn for Byron

A Scout is Helpful.

Hello all, our friends Byron and Beth Harnishfeger need our help. As friends of this couple who are always present and putting positive energy into the community, it’s time for all of us to act.

Recently Byron has been diagnosed with Stage 3 bladder cancer and is in for quite a fight. He is currently unable to work and the bills are mounting quickly. As a proud surveyor, not being out in the field is hurting the family financially and emotionally.

If you or your child has been involved in Scouting in the last several decades, odds are Byron has been involved on your trail to Eagle one way or another. The catalog picture of a Scoutmaster, he is always present; teaching, guiding, corralling, counseling. He puts the need of the Scout and the troop before his own, as all great leaders do. Ask Beth, more than one birthday and anniversary has happened at camp!

Now, it’s time for this community that Byron and Beth have put so much into to put back into them. Please help this wonderful family any way you can!
