It’s not often we meet people in this life that are of the quality that my very dear friend, and brother, Ted “Taber” Bernados proved himself to be on a daily basis. On Saturday, March 14, 2020, Taber was, not surprisingly, doing something that would give someone else joy. As he was doing lawn work in anticipation of his father’s return home from out of town, his heart failed and he tragically passed upon arrival to the ER. 


As a Christian, we rejoice in the knowledge that he is celebrating with our loving God. We will miss him here on earth greatly. He was a selfless, loving man of faith and made it his daily commitment to genuinely get to know everyone he crossed paths with in hopes that they would see and know our Saviour, Jesus Christ, as intimately as he did.


Unfortunately, because of previous heart issues, he was unable to qualify for life insurance and the one person he loved with every ounce of his soul, his beautiful wife, Heart Bernados, is left to pick up the pieces in the wake of his unforeseen passing. 


It is my prayer that anyone who believes in the giving spirit of our Lord and Saviour would come together with his church family, friends, business colleagues, and anyone who even had a conversation with this amazing son of God and assist in holding up the one he referred to as his rib, his loving and committed wife, Heart.
