Hi!

for those of you who don’t know me, my name is Kayla and I am a full time Equine Dentist. This holiday season, I am quietly raising money to support a friend and client who has poured her heart and financial funds into her horse Blackjack.

Blackjack was diagnosed with a fractured molar and sinus infection in August of 2023. What was proposed to be a very efficient surgery and easy recovery for Blackjack, has been anything but. After multiple trips back to the Myhre Clinic, drains, plugs, and several rounds of antibiotics he may finally be on the road to recovery. His human mama on the other hand has been left with unexpected financial hardships.

When you meet someone special, you just know it. That is Blackjacks mom! She is a woman of giving, helping and loving both humans and animals. When life gets hard, she pushes through with a smile. Please help me this holiday season in coming together to help with some of Blacks medical bills.

This fundraiser is being kept a secret, so please if you know Blackjack and his owner- do your best to keep this quiet. I am hoping to give her all donations by Christmas Day.
