My name is Victoria Jones, and I'm putting in this request on behalf of my cousin and friend, Daphne Bumpass, wife of Wayne Bumpass. As you all know, Wayne passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 31, at his home. This was truly an unexpected blow to their family, as Wayne was a lively 41-year-old husband, father, son, and of course, a raging Duke fan. Everyone who knew Wayne knew he was humble, kind, always smiling and ready to take a picture.

Wayne is the father of two young daughters, Faith (12) and Charity (9), and he was the ultimate girl dad. As many of you know, Charity has special needs, and now that her father is no longer here, Daphne will need some assistance with obtaining a handicap-accessible vehicle to help with Charity's transportation as she grows older. Without Wayne here, it will be difficult for Daphne to lift Charity in and out of their current vehicle by herself.
