Hola, me llamo Giomir Oirdobro Rodriguez, soy Venezolana vivo en los Estados Unidos de Norteamerica en la ciudad de Sunrise Florida, en el mes de Noviembre del 2024 me diagnosticaron con Cancer CHONDROSARCOMA, GRADO 3 en el Maxilofacial superior (Hueso y encia de la Maxila Superior) , para extraccion de este Sarcoma amerito de una intervencion quirurgica, en la cual se extraera todo el maxilofacial superior incluyendo toda mi dentadura superior, en este procedimiento me realizaran injertos de musculo y tejidos de mi brazo Izquierdo hacia la zona afectada, esto para la re-construccion de mi maxilar superior y la

encia, todo este procedimiento durara alrededor de 7 horas/quirofano, 7 dias en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (U.C.I), posterior a esto me pasaran a observacion y recuperacion en habitacion llevando un total de 10 dias de hospitalizacion, esta intervencion requiere de 2 a 3 meses de reposo para su desinflamacion y adherencia de los tejidos injertados, luego de todo esto y por ultimo paso para mi total recuperacion se realizara la toma de medidas para la colocacion de una protesis dental (encias-dientes).

Como pueden imaginar todo esto tiene un costo muy elevado y el seguro solo me cubre el 80% de los gastos hospitalarios quedando de mi parte el 20% restante de los gastos de operacion y el 100% del costo de la protesis encias-dental.

Hello, My name is Giomir Oirdobro Rodriguez, Venezuelan and leave in the United States, City of Sunrise FL. In November 2024 I was diagnosed with Cancer (Grade 3 Chondrosarcoma) on my upper maxillofacial (Upper Bone and Gums), for the extraction of this cancer I require a surgical intervention which will extract all my teeth and my upper maxillofacial bone, with skin grafting of muscle and tissue from my left arm to the affected zone for the reconstruction. The surgical procedure will last 7 hours and will require 7 days of ICU and then sent to observation room, with a total of 10 days of hospitalization. I will also need 2 to 3 months of healing and adherence of the grafted tissue. After all this time will have to come back for my prosthesis to be measured for the replacement of all my teeth. As you can imagine all this has a high cost and my insurance is only covering the 80% of this surgical intervention, I will be responsible for remainder 20% of the prosthesis.
