A GIFT TO CAMMIE FROM THE PHF FAMILY

Together let’s all help make improvements to the PHF barn as a token of our TREMENDOUS appreciation for Cammie and the fantastic program she runs for our kiddos!

At the end of last year Cammie was able to make her longtime dream of owning PHF come true. She purchased the barn and land, and has made many personal and financial sacrifices to maintain a wonderful and safe riding program and space for riders and horses alike.

This is a great opportunity for all of the PHF families that benefit from being a part of this community to show our appreciation for Cammie and her program and give something back to her. Ultimately, our kids also directly benefit from any improvements made to the barn.

On Cammie’s Wish List for barn improvements is updating the crosstie area and the tack room. We are hoping to collectively raise $10,000 to cover the costs of this big undertaking, which would include:

* Power washing the walls and floors in the crosstie area, and water removal

* Removing and hauling away the interior rusted metal panels from the walls in the hall, crosstie area, and wash stall areas

* Replacing the rusted metal panels with wood boards in the hall, crosstie area, and wash stall areas

* Priming and painting all of the wood boards to match

* Hiding the electrical work inside of the walls

* Finishing the wall boards in the tack room that are currently open exposing insulation

* Repairing the exposed floor in the tack room

If we somehow raise more or have a remaining balance, we will give that to Cammie to make other improvements to the barn!
