In a twist of fate, I’m a kidney match for him and we are preparing for transplant surgery scheduled for this summer. As Daniel undergoes treatment and prepares for surgery, he will soon be unable to continue working. Simultaneously, I am striving to complete my education, a pursuit that is vital for our family's future stability. Post-surgery, both of us will require time to heal, leaving us unable to work during our recovery periods.
