Many of you know that this month is my birthday month. I decided to celebrate my last year in this decade (shhh!), I wanted to do a fundraiser for someone incredibly near and dear to my heart. By nature, I am a giver (that's why I love this type of year), and I don't typically ask for help or favors. However, this year, I am asking for your support. Someone I love is fighting a battle that no one her age should have to endure. She's a fighter, but as many know, deductibles must be met no matter what you go through. Her deductible alone is $5000. There are a million things I could ask for this year for Christmas or my birthday, for that matter, but what I truly want the most is for her not to have to worry about her deductible going into the new year as she fights for her life.
