Kerry Riley is an incredible human being. She is kind and caring (kerryng?), with a wicked sense of humor. The later she inherited from her mother, Gena, who suffered a devastating stroke and subsequent Stage IV cancer diagnosis, about 2 years ago. Kerry immediately dropped everything and moved in with Gena to become her sole care provider. After over a year of ups and many more downs, Gena passed away the week before Christmas, 12/16/2018.

Kerry was laid off a number of months ago and just found another job recently. After starting a new job, she was also working off the clock during the holidays, making arrangements and getting affairs in order. Needless to say, she is emotionally and physically exhausted. The rent will increase on the home she and Gena shared in the next couple of months, and I think one solid month’s rent would be a fantastic birthday gift for her, which is February 18th.

Kerry would never do something like this for herself (she is unaware I am doing it for her!) but if you know Kerry, you know what a wonderful and deserving soul she is. Even if you do not know Kerry, or do not know her well, consider $1, maybe $5, for a good cause. Every little bit helps. Thank you.
