A genuine Aussie couple needs our support!!!!

Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm a friend and co-worker to a beautiful, hard-working and genuine couple.

Jon and Mary are the type of people to help anyone in need and wouldn't even consider asking for anything in return.

They both choose to work in an industry where they support and care for the people and still continue to give back to the community every chance they can.

Now, this amazing couple needs our support.

Jon and Mary have been saving for a long time to go overseas, for there once of a lifetime dream holiday, only for Jon to be struck down on the flight over with a deadly infectious disease, meningococcal septasiemia.

After landing in London, this fun loving couple began their dream holiday by being rushed to the hospital from the airport, where Jon was admitted and started receiving urgent medical care.

He was than later transferred to a specialist hospital due to further complications and it is not known how long he will be hospitalised for.

Jon and Mary have been in the hospital for over a week now and counting.

Expenses are building up, with the extra travel, the unexpected upfront costs for accommodation and any other expenses that may not be covered by their travel insurance.

I'm hoping people want to dig deep and help out this beautiful couple the Aussie way.

The travel to the hospital each day alone is 120 australian dollars.

All funds raised will be going directly to support Jon and Mary, to assist them with the long journey ahead.

Mary is alone in a new and strange country with zero support throughout this devastating ordeal.

For something like this to happen is a daunting and terrifying experience to say the least.

If we could join together and take away some of the financial burden, it would go a long way for this couple to be able to just focus on Jon's health and lengthy recovery.
