My name is Zoe and I am a resilient 28 yr old who hopes to be able to see my future come to fruition.
I am quickly losing my vision due to a condition called keratoconus in both eyes. The left eye has been blind since 2018 and the right eye’s vision is rapidly deteriorating because of this diagnosis I require a surgery called corneal cross-linking. This surgery is not covered by my insurance. I am seeking assistance for the expenses needed to cover the cost of this operation. Once the cornea is stabilized my vision can then be externally corrected with glasses and other tools.
I must be as proactive as possible to protect what sight I still have. It is imperative that I raise the funds quickly so that I can create a stable foundation for a bright future. I am an artist, aspiring psychologist and essentially a single mother. My continual loss of vision has given me great insight into looking for the positive joys of life and the unlimited contributions I hope to offer the worlf if my vision is restored.
