Hello i'm Aprils friend and coworker, if you haven't heard yet she was recently diagnosed with a rare and terminal form of metastatic breast cancer and as you can imagine the news was shortly followed by financial stress. I'm hoping that making this fundraiser will help provide even a small amount of relief for her, any help would be more than appreciated.
