Walking Together for Alder Hey in Memory of Dan.
Earlier this month our skies gained a bright and shining star - Dan Suddaby
It’s so hard to summarise Dan’s huge character in just a few words. He was a happy, loving, talented and care-free guy who saw the positive in absolutely everything turning every situation into a laugh or joke. He truly lived life to the absolute max!
Dan walked EVERYWHERE so it only seemed right to organise a walk to raise money for Alder Hey in memory of him. Dan was born with a rare brain condition and underwent all his treatment at Alder Hey children’s hospital. Just 2 years ago Dan and his partner welcomed a gorgeous baby boy into the world who had the same condition as his daddy and he has recently undergone similar treatment again with thanks to the wonderful staff at Alder Hey.
So on the 14th August we will be completing a 20k walk from Fleetwood down Blackpool Promenade.
Any donation would mean the world to us to be able to give something back to Alder Hey in memory of Dan.
