Hello, my name is Marissa, and I'm organizing this fundraiser in memory of my precious 7 mth old son Samuel Anthony Thompson, who sadly passed away on February 28, 2024. He was a twin in utero with his Brother Adrian . They were diagnosed with Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), which tragically led to the necessity of Umbilical Cord Occlusion for sweet baby Adrian. I was 26 weeks when I delivered Samuel at Liberty regional medical center and the same day he was transferred to memorial health university in Savanah ga. He was later then transferred to the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. He finally came home to us, but shortly after he sadly passed away. He had many medical conditions and was wrongfully discharged from The Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. Among the conditions he courageously battled were Nephrocalcinosis, Primary Hypertension, PDA, Hydronephrosis, and others. Your donations mean the world to our family.
