Raising money for worthwhile causes is no doubt something we all do. This time there is a worthy cause close to home and to our hearts, its for a friend of ours...

A friend of ours has become broken - he is going to be OK, really he is, but it's going to take time and it's going to require our support.

Whilst 'thoughts and prayers' are heartfelt and admirable they will not support the fact that his partner will be 'off work unpaid' TFN to take immediate care of him.

Bumps and scrapes, we have all been in them, and we have all helped each other pick up the pieces - I ask that we do the same again...
