Help Nai secure housing and medical care.

Update: 11/26/23 Nai is currently homeless, couch-surfing and house-sitting to ensure she has a temporary roof over her head as an opportunity for steady housing fell through suddenly.
Greetings, my name is Jeremiah and I come to you in search of aid for a dear friend of mine. It is never easy to ask for help, especially for ones self, so I am hear (with Nai's blessing) to beseech you.
The world has been very unkind, as it is want to do, and has put Nai into a dire situation on several fronts including but not limited to, a place to live, medical treatments for herself, her mother's residence and care taking, etc. The goal is to help her regain her footing, and perhaps get her into a position to reclaim her life and independence.
Here is the story thus far:
Right around the surge of Covid that brought the world to its knees Nai had found out she had to have surgery for Cancer. Her then partner was to see that she go to appointments, and get medical attention to help her recovery process. As she is disabled, with many invisible illnesses, she is unable to drive which is a crux to a great many of her issues.
The relationship with her partner strained due to the after affects of the surgery, and he began to become less and less helpful spiraling into abusive tendencies. With him unjustly and unkindly refusing to take her to see the Doctors and other forms of support that would have helped her potentially return to work, etc.
Thankfully she was able to leave that situation, but due to some unfortunate circumstances she was put into the beginnings of a worsening situation financially.
Despite best efforts, employment has been difficult to find due to a lack of solid transportation. Funds from previous education career have been all used up to pay for rent, and to keep her mother's care taking current. She cannot live with her mother either, due to unfortunate stipulations set by the law, so she essentially has to pay for two sets of rent.
This has left treatments and checkups on the back burner, with general survival at the forefront of everyday life. Friends have graciously allowed for wares to be sold at events, which helps slightly, but the decline of spending money everyone has due to the state of the world has made that small impact even more minuscule.
To further complicate, the current living space's owner has told her to being preparing to move out. This coinciding with a very expensive and neccessary transfusion and ER visit due to Sickle Cell Anemia just the week beforehand.
The state of Georgia that she resides in does not provide her much if anything in terms of safety net or support. Having reached out to churches and other non profits attempting to seek some sort of assistance with no leads or luck.
All of the factors have culminated in a tumultuous situation, uncertainty for the future, and a life encumbered by far too many difficulties. We hope that you might be able to toss even just a few dollars her way, to help get caught up on unpaid rent and have the funds to find a new living situation. All monies collected will be used to ensure that Nai has solid footing to try and move her life forwards. We understand that times are tough for so many and truly and deeply appreciate any and all help.
With thanks, and on behalf of Nai
Thank you
