Sweet Jasper showed up one day on the doorstep of a kind Good Samaritan—lost, dirty, and terribly matted to the skin. Despite his rough condition, Jasper’s gentle eyes told a different story: he was just waiting to be loved.

The woman who found him didn’t hesitate. She brought him inside, gave him a much-needed bath, and had him groomed to relieve the pain and discomfort caused by the severe matting. She posted him on lost pet and city found-dog pages, hoping someone might come forward—but so far, no one has.

Now, Jasper needs one more step to help him move forward: he needs to be neutered. This fundraiser will cover the cost of his surgery, an urine analysis and help set him up for a healthier, happier future—whether that means being reunited with a family or being adopted into a new loving home.
