a free, sustainable and independent journalism in Tunisia

Hi. My name is Mourad Teyeb.

I am a journalist, TV producer, trainer and consultant. I have been a media professional for about 20 years now.

I have worked for the print, online and broadcast media in English, Arabic and French ad I have covered issues ranging from politics and democratic transition, security and radicalization to business, sports and culture.

In the current political and economic situation in Tunisia and North Africa, we need more than ever a professional, independent and sustainable journalism.

Tunisia is primarily an Arabic- and French-speaking country.

But I'm planning to launch a magazine covering Tunisia, totally in English.

A lot of English-speaking people in Tunisia and around the world are keen to get news and insight from Tunisia in English: investors, politicians, academics, tourists etc.

I'm now looking for assistance to collect the necessary funding to start my project.
