In the Dominican Republic, Fundación Team Guerreros FTG Inc. is bringing one of its most meaningful projects to life:

Notes of Hope — Integral Center for Music, Arts & Culture.

A place created for children and teenagers facing vulnerable circumstances to discover their talents, develop their abilities, express themselves through the arts, and find opportunities they may otherwise never have had.

And today, we are asking people who believe in the power of opportunity to help us build it.

WHAT IS NOTES OF HOPE?

Notes of Hope will be a free arts and cultural education center for children and teenagers who may not have access to music and arts education because of their financial circumstances.

Our vision is simple:

A child should be able to walk through our doors carrying nothing but a dream — and find a place where that dream can begin to become reality.

The center will provide free opportunities in:

Music & Instrumental Training

Children’s & Youth Choir

Theater & Artistic Expression

Arts & Creative Workshops

Culture & Personal Development

Educational Workshops for Children & Teens

Our initial goal is to provide 100 full scholarships.

We also aim to build a youth orchestra, giving our students the opportunity not only to learn an instrument, but to develop discipline, confidence, teamwork, responsibility, perseverance, and pride in what they can accomplish.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

Because there is a reality that doesn’t always appear in statistics.

There are children with extraordinary voices who have never had a microphone.

Children who could learn to play an instrument but have never had one in their hands.

Young people with incredible creativity who simply need someone to give them a place where they can be seen, heard, encouraged, and believed in.

At Fundación Team Guerreros, we believe that prevention also means creating opportunities.

When a child has a safe place to learn, create, express themselves, and feel valued, we are building something much bigger than a music program.

We want to bring this model to other communities throughout the Dominican Republic, especially places where children and teenagers have talent, determination, and dreams — but limited access to opportunities.

Where a child is born should not determine how far that child can go.

Ayúdanos a abrir un lugar donde el talento de nuestra niñez pueda convertirse en oportunidades

Hay niños que no necesitan que alguien les diga que pueden soñar.

Necesitan que alguien les dé la oportunidad de descubrir hasta dónde pueden llegar.

En República Dominicana, Fundación Team Guerreros FTG Inc. está haciendo realidad uno de sus proyectos más importantes: Notas de Esperanza — Centro Integral de Música, Arte y Cultura, un espacio creado para que niñas, niños y adolescentes en situación de vulnerabilidad puedan descubrir su talento, desarrollar sus capacidades y encontrar en el arte una herramienta para crecer.

Y hoy necesitamos de personas que crean, como nosotros, que el talento también merece una oportunidad.

¿QUÉ ES NOTAS DE ESPERANZA?

Notas de Esperanza será un centro integral de formación artística y cultural que ofrecerá oportunidades completamente gratuitas a niñas, niños y adolescentes que, por sus circunstancias económicas, muchas veces no tienen acceso a este tipo de formación.

Nuestro propósito es que un niño pueda entrar por una puerta llevando solamente un sueño… y encuentre un lugar donde ese sueño pueda comenzar a convertirse en realidad.

El centro contempla formación en:

Música e instrumentos

Canto y coro infantil-juvenil

Teatro y expresión artística

Artes y manualidades

Cultura y desarrollo integral

Talleres formativos para niñas, niños y adolescentes

Nuestro objetivo inicial es ofrecer 100 becas completas.

También trabajaremos para formar una orquesta juvenil, creando un espacio donde nuestros estudiantes puedan aprender no solamente a tocar un instrumento, sino también disciplina, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo, autoestima y perseverancia.

¿POR QUÉ LO HACEMOS?

Porque conocemos una realidad que no siempre aparece en las estadísticas.

Hay niños con voces extraordinarias que nunca han tenido un micrófono.

Hay niños capaces de tocar un instrumento que nunca han tenido uno en sus manos.

Hay jóvenes con una creatividad inmensa que simplemente necesitan un espacio donde alguien les diga:

“Sí puedes.”

En Fundación Team Guerreros creemos que prevenir también significa crear oportunidades.

Cuando un niño encuentra un espacio seguro para aprender, crear, expresarse y sentirse valorado, estamos ayudando a construir algo mucho más grande que una clase de música.

Hoy queremos reunir US$20,000 para poner en marcha este sueño y dotar nuestro primer centro de los recursos necesarios para comenzar a recibir a nuestros estudiantes.

Notas de Esperanza nace en Santo Domingo, pero nuestro sueño es mucho más grande.

Queremos llevar este modelo a otras comunidades de la República Dominicana, comenzando por lugares donde sabemos que existen niñas, niños y adolescentes con talento, pero con pocas oportunidades para desarrollarlo.

Queremos que el lugar donde un niño nace no determine hasta dónde puede llegar.
