This Gofundme was set up specifically to help us cover:
- Payments to my present Apartment Management Company to avoid getting evicted before I have a safe place to go on September 1.
- We need to raise about $2000 for Inspection Fees. Because of the uniqueness of the property, our mortgage type does not include that cost.
- We are working on covering the approximately $10,000 in closing costs that we'll be facing in August. We cannot roll these fees into the mortgage type we are using.
- We need to move out of our apartments, store our stuff for about 2 months, and travel between DC, New Hampshire and New Jersey until we close on the house and can move in. I assume all this moving about will be expensive.
- My car, the only car Adam and I use, is DYING. She needs maintenance EVERYWHERE. She got her back window annihilated last week, parked in my apartment lot, and they won't even look on the camera. Poor baby is looking rough and I hear the back left rotor going bad too. If it's okay with you, some of these funds could go there as well.
It's time to leave the Crafty Cave and continue to GROW.
