A flesh eating disease nearly killed my dad.

In 2013 my dad contracted the rare flesh eating disease Necrotising Fasciitis. After the bravest fight and enduring 18hrs of surgery, after nearly losing both his legs and where they removed huge amounts of skin and the flesh below, with follow on complications. After being put on a ventilator during surgery, which severely damaged his lungs, he is now living with just 18% lung capacity and mobility problems.

My dad has always been an adventurer, travelled the world and faced all challenges head on. Now he faces his biggest challenge yet… the fight to get the treatment that will change his life. He has spent the last decade searching… with success!!

Only available in the US, he needs two months worth of cutting edge stem cell, electro and stretch therapy. The stem cell infusion works to regenerate tissue, while the other therapies clear and strengthen the lungs.

He was able to go for a two week treatment stay earlier in the year and the results were really positive… then he caught covid. Disaster!

No one in the UK has had this treatment but we know it works. We’ve seen it work and my dad has felt it work.
