A Fitting Farewell

Hi, my name is Amy and I am raising funds to pay for the funeral and burial expenses for my friend Rosa. Rosa died in a car accident on 12/27/21. She was 23. Rosa and I met 2 1/2 years ago. She was working and I liked her personality. I invited her to come work with me. Rosa was friendly to everyone and was one of the first people new hires met. She was willing to help anyone with anything.

Rosa would visit her family home in Mexico as often as she could and bring us back grasshoppers and Tequila. She wanted us to have a piece of her home! She talked to me in Spanish to encourage me to learn the language. She would repeat things over and over, never losing patience. She loved helping the Spanish-speaking customers to make sure they had the best experience.

Rosa will be buried in Mexico and this money will help to get her back home. Any additional money raised will help with the immediate needs for her husband, Javier and their 3 year old son Diego.

The Bible says "For every thing, there is a season." I thank God for my season with Rosa.
