Hello.

My name is Kylie. My son and his partner Natalie have experienced a catastrophic traumatic event that has seen them lose all their belongings in a house fire on 21st May 2025.

Thankfully they along with their three children under five were able to make it out safely and unharmed.

They have managed to buy a set of clothes for each of themselves but that is it. They are still investigating the fire and its cause.

They are safe in a shared home with Natalie’s mother, grandfather, uncle and Natalie’s three siblings. This is less than ideal as a long term solution with 11 people in a modest home.
