A fire has devastated a family in our community

In the early hours of 10/28/23 an unprovoked fire started in windmill crossing on Don Quixote Dr. Fortunately, the entire family and surrounding neighbors were spared from the flames which engulfed the bedrooms of the children living in the house. Everything in the bedrooms was incinerated in the fire. That’s clothes, toys, beds, electronics, sentimental items, Halloween costumes, everything one would keep in their own bedroom. Let’s come together and help this family during this time. Any insurance process can take months to get through so I am hoping this will help tie them over until all of that is squared away. I’m so grateful we did not lose a life in our neighborhood. This is a good valued family that we live with here.
