SrA Justin A. Starks is a United States Airman in the 11 civil engineering squadron on JB Andrews, MD. SrA Starks is a valued member of this Fire Fighting team and has contributed to our success and readiness as a Driver Operator. He mentors his Fellow Airman with his ability to take a strong lead in all stressful situations while remaining humble and calm. Starks has recently fallen under hard times. His mother passed away suddenly on October 29th 2018, within the same year, his father also passed away suddenly. Unfortunately, SrA Starks and his brother are left the the responsibly for all funeral costs which are expected to exceed $9,000. SrA Starks and his family would greatly appreciate any monetary gift.
