A Fire Destroyed Their House Today

My name is Michelle and I am hoping to raise some much needed help for my son Craig, (formerly of Sandown, NH) and his girlfriend Kim, who lost their house in Manchester, NH to a fire this afternoon. Physically, anyway. These kids lost everything they own to this fire today, including their car. All they have right now is the soot filled clothes on their backs. Luckily, they do have insurance on the house that SHOULD eventually help them rebuild. If so, they will first need to scrape up the money for the deductible. And who knows how long it will take to rebuild? Unfortunately, they only have liability insurance on the car, and it is melted and inoperable at the moment. Both work very hard at their jobs, and they have put all of their money into this house. A house that they bought together just two short yearsago. These are really, really good kids who would do anything to help others. My heart is breaking for them right now. They have lost absolutely everything, and they are clearly and understandably in shock right now. They would NEVER ask anyone for a handout on their own. I would NEVER normally ask for a handout. But they are in such dire straights right now and unfortunately I am not in the position to be able to give them all of the help they so desperately need, aside from some food, basic clothing and a maybe few other necessities. Any little bit would really help them immensely right now. And I know they will pay it forward in any and every way they can later on. Thank you so much in advance.
