A Fire Destroyed My Brother's Home and Business

In the late hours of the 4th of November 2020, a fire broke out in my Brother's village of Kampong Pil in Cambodia. The fire started right behind where my Brother (Phearapoun), Sister-In-Law, Niece and Nephew lived and had their shop front.
The fire had no mercy and ravaged through their shop and home (they had their business on the bottom floor, and lived on the top floor).
Below, I have attached photos of the fire, and some of the aftermath.
The first firefighters on sight demanded $500USD before they even began extinguishing their home. This is an amount of money they just didn't have in cash at the current moment to give to them.
The fire stayed ablaze from 9 pm to 12 am, destroying essentially everything they owned. This included their personal belongings, identification, and $30,000 USD worth of stock for their business.
My Brother and his wife have spent the last 6 years since they got married building up their business in order to provide a stable income for themselves and children. In Cambodia, there is no such thing as Centrelink or contents/house insurance. This essentially means, my Brother has lost his livelihood.
Overall the estimated loss and damages are approximately $60 000 USD
Currently, they are homeless and only have the clothes on their backs. My 16 old month Nephew, Riley, woke up this morning with only a t-shirt and nappy.
While my family in Australia is trying to help as much as possible, we can only do so much. So, I am asking that if anyone is in the position to, It would be greatly appreciated if you could make a donation to help take a little financial burden off my Brother and his family in this traumatising time.
