In Loving Memory of Emmanuel Pelaez Alzate

It is with broken hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Emmanuel Pelaez Alzate, a 17-year-old young man who tragically lost his life in an accident in Miami.

Emmanuel was deeply loved by his family and everyone who knew him. At just 17 years old, he had his whole life ahead of him — full of dreams, hopes, and plans for the future. He had a kind heart, a warm spirit, and a presence that brought light to those around him. His loss leaves an unimaginable void in the lives of his parents and his sister, who are devastated by this tragedy.

Emmanuel and his family are Colombian and moved to Miami a few years ago in search of the American Dream, hoping to build a better future together. Sadly, they are now facing an unimaginable loss far from home.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses and to bring Emmanuel back home to Colombia.

The funds will specifically help cover the cost of cremation services in Miami, the necessary documentation and consular permits, and the safe transportation of his ashes to Colombia so he can rest surrounded by his loved ones in his homeland. We want to be fully transparent about how the funds will be used during this incredibly difficult time.

En memoria de Emmanuel Pelaez Alzate

Con el corazón roto compartimos el inesperado fallecimiento de Emmanuel Pelaez Alzate, un joven de 17 años que perdió la vida trágicamente en un accidente en Miami.

Emmanuel era profundamente amado por su familia y por todos los que tuvieron la oportunidad de conocerlo. Con tan solo 17 años, tenía toda una vida por delante, llena de sueños, metas e ilusiones. Tenía un corazón noble, un espíritu cálido y una presencia que iluminaba a quienes lo rodeaban. Su partida deja un vacío inmenso en la vida de sus padres y su hermana, quienes hoy atraviesan un dolor indescriptible.

Emmanuel y su familia son colombianos y se mudaron a Miami hace un par de años en busca del sueño americano, con la esperanza de construir un mejor futuro juntos. Lamentablemente, hoy enfrentan esta pérdida tan grande lejos de su tierra.
