Drevon Mixon was only 19 years old when his life was tragically taken in Grand Isle on April 23. He had just become a father to a beautiful baby girl, and his natural way of caring for her made it look effortless. Drevon was also an amazing big brother, always protecting and caring for his little brother since they were young. His sense of humor could bring a genuine laugh even in silence, and he had a passion for music from his freestyles to the songs he created. Drevon never left without making sure everyone was okay, always finding a way to make things better before he walked out the door.

The sudden and violent loss of Drevon has left his family heartbroken. The funds raised will be used for burial and funeral expenses, as well as transportation to bring Drevon home to Cameron.
