A Final Goodbye for the Best Mimi

Hi everyone. My name is Leslie Garner (Threlkeld). I'm speaking on behalf of myself, my father, Daniel Threlkeld, and my brother Wade Threlkeld.

On February 19, 2025, heaven gained the greatest angel.

Mom, Shizelle Threlkeld, suffered from high blood pressure issues, leading to blood on her brain creating unbearable pressure and pain in a short amount of time. During this time, she coded 4 times. The doctors said it was too severe for them to try to intervene. She was in so much pain, they tried to make her as comfortable as they possibly could. Her heart stopped for the final time around 11:55 PM on February 19, 2025 EST.

My dad did everything he could in his power to get her the help she needed, but this situation was out of his hands. He has taken time off of work for the unforseable future to grieve and plan to lay his wife, mother to two, to rest.

Shizelle had so many family members outside of states- mainly the immediate family residing in Hawaii. This gofundme is to help get the family from Hawaii to here to send her off with one final goodbye with the people she loved and who loves her. It's also to help the family with any additional expenses that presents itself.
