A Final Goodbye for Khrissna Keo

Donation protected
It is with great sadness that we share that Khrissna Keo passed away in his sleep on July 14th. Almost exactly ten years ago he had suffered a major heart attack & needed quadruple bypass surgery. The doctors told him that the surgery should give him at least 10 - 15 years, possibly longer. Unfortunately that time frame was on the shorter side.

He also suffered from rheumatoid arthritis & dermatomyositis among other things. His health was always up and down.

He leaves behind a 10 year old son. Korbin is devastated to have lost his dad and wishes he had more time. The same is to be said by the huge amount of family and friends who love him dearly and are reeling from this loss. He knew so many people and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Khrissna was always willing to come & help with little projects. He loved to "tinker" with things even if he at first he didn't know exactly how to fix it, he'd work on it until he did. He also loved being goofy whether it was dancing around ridiculously in your face, to cracking jokes only he laughed at, you just couldn't help but smile when he was around.

Per his family's wishes, he will be cremated & have a basic viewing/visitation with no service at Cress 6021 University Ave, Madison on Sunday the 27th from noon to 4:00 which will be open to all who would like to come. There will also be a 7 day and 100 day celebration at the Cambodian Buddhist Temple in Fitchburg. The first one will be on Saturday, July 26th starting at 9am with the blessing beginning at 10am. This will also be open to all who would like to attend and say their goodbyes. Following the blessing there will be food and drinks provided and all are welcome to stay and share stories of times they shared with Khrissna.

Because this loss is sudden and unexpected we are all just trying to give him the best send off we can. Any and all donations will go towards those services. If you are unable to donate monetarily, please consider sharing this go fund me to get the word out to others. We appreciate any help in this very sad time.
