️ A Final Farewell for Antonio Jukumu Hazzard - Our Warrior

This is a request for support and compassion following the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Antonio Jukumu Hazzard, who passed away peacefully on November 6th, 2025, at the age of 16. Antonio was a proud student at Lincoln High School.
For those who knew him, Antonio was a beacon of courage, humor, and unwavering optimism. Despite facing the relentless challenges of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) his entire life, Antonio never allowed his diagnosis to define his spirit.
He was a typical teenager who loved playing online video games and, most of all, hanging out with his friends and family. He especially cherished his time with his siblings: A'marie, Jalen, Harlem, and A'laia . His laugh was infectious, and his witty banter was always so funny—his strength in the face of adversity inspired everyone around him.

His Battle
Antonio was a true warrior. Muscular Dystrophy is a cruel disease, and while his body tired, his heart and mind remained strong. His devoted parents, Jackie , his primary caregiver and Antonio his loving father did everything they could to ensure he lived a life full of joy, comfort, and dignity.
His passing has left an immeasurable hole in our lives, but we take comfort in knowing he is finally free from pain.

Why We Need Your Help
No family is prepared for the grief and financial strain that accompanies the loss of a child, especially after years of dealing with the significant expenses associated with a progressive condition like Muscular Dystrophy.
We are humbly reaching out to our community, friends, and anyone touched by Antonio's story to help the Hazzard family cover the following unexpected and outstanding costs:
1. Funeral and Memorial Services: To give Antonio the loving and dignified final farewell he deserves.
2. Outstanding Medical Bills: Covering a portion of the specialized equipment, medication, and care that was essential to his comfort and well-being over the past years.
3. Loss of Income: Providing the family with a small cushion as they take necessary time off work to grieve and manage arrangements.

How You Can Support
• Donate: Any amount, no matter how small, will directly ease the financial burden on the family during this impossible time.
• Share: Please share this campaign with your networks to help us reach our goal.
• Keep Antonio and the Hazzard Family in your thoughts.

The family sends their deepest gratitude for your love, kindness, and support. Thank you for helping us honor the beautiful and brave life of Antonio Jukumu Hazzard.
