Hi, I have created this fundraiser for the Zani family with their permission.

The reason for this fundraiser is to help offset the burden this sweet family from Spain has encountered. Very unexpectedly they were forced to hop on a flight to come to the US where their son is playing futbal (soccer) at college. Without giving too much medical information they remain standing vigilant next to their sons bedside. Not only is it scary to have to be in a foreign country you dont know, but also to going through the trauma of their son fighting for his life.

I am raising funds to help aid in providing them with food, warm clothes for when this weather turns to fall, as well as daily necessities. At this time we are unsure of the insurance situation but there may be a need for additional assistance in arranging for their son to be transferred back to Spain as well.

Being here has been an extreme culture shock. From getting around, going to a store etc has been almost impossible for them. They do not do things the way we do here so they're left to figure it out on their own. I'd like to offset that burden for them.

Any kindness that can be spread is much appreciated at this time. Id love to see us Americans come together to ensure this family has what they need so they dont have to worry about anything other then their beloved 20 year old son.
