Please help a fiddle player and great guy in need

Hi I'm Jack Hatfield, banjo player and bandleader of True Blue Band in Knoxville TN.
My jam buddy Perry Cooper has had a rough few months. He has leukemia, stage three kidney failure, congestive heart failure, and neuropathy. Perry is a well known fiddler in the East TN area. He has been in fiddle contests and played venues like Museum of Appalachia and has been host of the Boyd's Jig and Reel Sunday bluegrass jam as long as I can remember. He has been a regular at the famous Rocky Branch Friday night jam session in Walland TN for decades. (https://rockybranchmountainmusic.com/Home)
Perry has been in the ER/intensive care five times the last two months and is presently about to be released from a rehab facility to go home tomorrow (June 5). The attached video was taken there… as you can see, he still plays a mean fiddle! ...and mentally he is still as sharp as ever. His body is just giving out on him. He has no insurance and no money for in-home care, and this facility is kicking him out tomorrow. He has amassed tens of thousands of dollars in hospital and specialist bills and ambulance fees just in the last three months, not to mention bills that have accrued since he first started showing symptoms in May 2024. We are trying to raise money for these expenses and getting him get in-home health care. Also trying to get a wheelchair ramp installed at his house so he can get out safely to go to doctor visits. Please help him out.
