Hi everyone, I'm creating this fundraiser on behalf of my brother — but more importantly, for Alex, his young son who is at the heart of this painful battle.
This GoFundMe isn't just about legal fees. It's about protecting a child. It's about fighting for what is truly in Alex’s best interest: growing up with the parent who has raised him, loved him, and never left his side.
Since the day Alex was born, my brother has been his everything — his full-time caregiver, his provider, his biggest supporter, his safe space. He has been the one to dry his tears, celebrate his milestones, and love him with everything he has. Their bond is unbreakable — or it should be.
But now, due to a heartbreaking custody battle, Alex is being kept from his father. Despite being the biological father and the primary caregiver for most of Alex’s life, my brother is now at risk of losing his parental rights. There’s no justice in this. No wrongdoing on his part. Only a child stuck in the middle, torn from the one person who has consistently shown up for him, day in and day out.
Alex is confused. He misses his dad. He asks for him. He wants to come home. And right now, the only thing standing between them is a legal system that often favors money over truth.
We are doing everything we can to fight for what’s right — to bring Alex back to the safe, stable, and loving environment he had with his dad. But legal representation is expensive, and this battle is far from over. That’s why we need your help.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward legal fees and ensuring that Alex's voice and best interests are heard and protected in court. Not a cent of this is about revenge or bitterness. It's about doing what’s right for a child who deserves both love and stability.
Please help us fight for Alex. Whether you can donate, share this page, or just keep him in your prayers — we are deeply grateful. Alex deserves to be with the parent who has always been there. Let’s bring him back home.
From our hearts to yours, thank you. ❤️
