Fabian is the kind of person who is always there for others. A devoted husband to his wife, Miriam, a loving father to his 11-year-old daughter, Antonella, and a steadfast friend you can always count on. His world revolves around the well-being of his family, finding his greatest joy in helping Antonella with her homework, cheering her on at dance class, and simply playing around together as a family.

Right now, Fabian needs us more than ever.

After suffering a severe heart attack that also caused multiple brain strokes, Fabian is in a desperate fight for his life. He needs triple bypass surgery, but the damage caused by the brain strokes requires immediate and intensive cognitive and physical/occupational rehabilitation before surgery can even be scheduled. Time is of the essence, and every day that passes without this life-saving care puts his future at greater risk.

This crisis is bigger than anything they’ve ever faced and has disrupted the family dynamics completely, forcing Miriam to take unpaid time off from work in order to focus on Fabian’s medical needs and Antonella’s emotional support.
