Still Searching for Answers

It’s hard to share something so personal, but after months of uncertainty, we’re finally asking for help — and prayers.

Since February, Tim has been battling serious and unexplained health issues. He’s lost over 60 pounds, and both his liver and spleen are enlarged. Despite countless tests, biopsies, and hospital stays at several facilities, we still don’t have the answers we so desperately need.

We’ve kept this mostly to ourselves out of respect for our girls — especially Trinady, who didn’t want the pity looks or constant questions about her dad’s health. We’ve tried to stay strong behind the scenes, but it’s been incredibly hard watching Tim go through this.

Now, we’re headed to the Mayo Clinic, hoping their specialists can finally help us figure out what’s going on. This next step brings new hope — but also new expenses. Between travel, medical bills, and lost work time, the financial burden has become overwhelming.

I’ve missed a lot of work to be by Tim’s side through all of this, and we’re doing everything we can to stay afloat.
