A Farewell to Priscilla Thay Lim

I'm Priscilla's cousin, Kimmy, posting on behalf of her and her family.

Dear friends and loved ones of Priscilla,

 

I'm heartbroken to announce the unexpected passing of my dearest cousin, Priscilla, on Thursday, January 13th, 2022. Out of respect for her family during this difficult time, we will not be disclosing her manner of death publicly. We will be using this space to update friends and family of her pending funeral service (TBA).

 

Priscilla was a loving daughter, sister-cousin, friend, mentor and dog & cat mama. She leaves behind her Moms, Dads, Sweet pea, and Harry. She also leaves behind her grandmother and her tribe of cousins who loved her dearly. She also had a lot of close friends in her community and network who she also viewed as her extended family. She was so deeply loved by all who encountered her warm and kind soul.

 

Priscilla was and will continue to be a shining star, even in the darkest of skies. She never hesitated to let someone know she loved them or that she cared. She was absolutely brilliant. Her depth of knowledge on anything and everything (while also being an expert/badass in her field) goes to show how hardworking and gritty she was.

 

If she wasn't moving up in her career, she was working on a side hustle. She was always flipping houses, furniture, or traveling the world. Heaven truly gained an angel to be reckoned with — in the best way. We will always miss her.

 

As you can imagine, her family was not prepared for the financial burden that comes along with a proper funeral service. We're setting up this gofundme to aid her immediate family with funeral expenses. If anyone is able to donate, her family would be immensely grateful.

 

However, if you're unable to donate at this time, we absolutely understand and hope that you're able to honor Priscilla in your own way.
