Hello, my name is Monse. My family and I are creating this fundraiser to help lay our beloved Uncle/Brother/Son, Uriel Montoya to rest.
In the early hours of Thursday morning, Uriel suffered a severe stroke. Even with the rapid response of EMS, the brain bleed had rendered him unconscious and critically injured. He was under close observation with hopeful reaction to stimuli until a second stroke on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, he did not survive :(
Being unprepared for an event like this has left our family in a tight spot. We would love to give him a humble goodbye but alas, even death is expensive.
The funds raised will completely go towards his funeral arrangements, and any remaining amount will go towards a high-yield savings account for his two small children.
