Remembering Elijah Scarbro

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of Elijah Scarbro. On August 25th, Elijah tragically left us at just 27 years old, only one day shy of his 28th birthday, after an unexpected aortic aneurysm rupture. There are no words that can truly capture the pain of losing someone so young, so vibrant, and so full of love for everyone they came in contact with.

Elijah was more than a son, brother, and friend ro all, he was a light in the lives of everyone who knew him and more. He had an incredible gift for making people feel seen, heard, loved, and laugh no matter their situation. His heart was as big as his smile, and his ability to take the brunt of the sacrifice for others was immense. Whether it was lending a hand to someone in need, offering words of comfort, or simply sharing his laughter, Elijah made the world a better place just by being in it every single day.

Coming to grips with his passing has been incredibly difficult for all of us, as I'm sure. It feels impossible to imagine our lives without him, and the heartbreak we feel is beyond measure. In this time of unimaginable loss, we are asking for your support to help Elijah’s family cover funeral expenses and give him the beautiful farewell he deserves.
