As many of you know, we had a tremendous loss to our family. I am being charged with Improper Storage of a Firearm Resulting in the Death of a Minor. I am facing a 15 year felony. Me, along with those involved know the firearm used was locked in my safe. Facing all of this. We have not been able to process and heal from what happened. The prosecutor is bent on me taking the fall for all of this and is going to push it to a jury trial. I have already paid $20,000 for my defense. It will take another $7500 to fight this in circuit court.

Please. Any help anyone can give! I am jobless because of the charges. I have no other resources at this time.
